As I promised earlier i'll now talk about one of my hobbies, FITNESS. I attend to workout often. I attend to eat right, get my macros and be happy. I like working out and being fit - it profits me with a lot of energy. I now workout 4-5 times a week (cardio included) and eats around 2200 calories on a high protein diet. I track my food on a daily basis to make sure, that i consume enough protein, carbs and fat.

As long as you purchase the fact of being better than you were yesterday doesn't it matter if it's fitness, fashion or studying.
